Handcrafted Peapperoni Vegan Pizza, 24h proofed dough, deep-frozen – 380g

Ingredients: Dough 60% [wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer, ascorbic acid) yeast, dried barley malt extract], tomatosauce 19% (tomatopulp, salt, oregano), plant-based alternative to cheese 10% (water, coconut oil 21%, modiifed starch, starch, flavourings,salt, colour: beta-caroten), vegan salami pepperoni 6% {(water, coconut oil, pea protein 3,7%, thickening agents: carrageenan, konjac gum, salt, potato protein, starch, flaxseed flour, enzymes, sunflower oil, spices (paprika, chilli), spice extract: onion; dextroze, beetroot concentrated juice, stabilizer (methylcellulose)}, red pepper cubes 6%.

May contain traces of sunflower oil, mustard, celery, soy, nuts.

Preparation suggestion: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Take off the foil of the pizza and puti t on the grill of the oven. Baking time for thawed product is 4-5 minutes, for frozen product 9-10 minutes. Baking time may vary according to the type of oven. After thawing do not freeze again!
