Standard – Prosciutto E Funghi

Ingredients: Dough 58% [wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer, ascorbic acid) yeast,  barley malt extract], tomato sauce  (tomatopulp, salt, oregano), Mozzarella cheese, Cooked ham 6% {pork thigh meat (58%) ,water, pork shoulder meat (11%) , pork meat protein, dextrose , edible salt,  potato strach, emulsifiers: (triphosphates, polyphosphates) antioxidants:(sodium isosorsye ,mushrooms 6%) ( cultivted champignon, water, salt, acidity regulator: citic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid) Contains traces of fish , soy and nuts.

Preparation:Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F.Remove  foil . Reheat defrosted pizza for 4- 5min , frozen pizza for 8 – 10 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven.Do not refreeze after thawing
