Handcrafted deep frozen pizza with mozzarella, pepperoni

Ingredients: Dough 57% {wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour stabilizer: ascorbic acid), yeast, dried barley malt extract}, tomato sauce 20% (tomato pulp salt, oregano), mozzarella cheese 18%, pepperoni 5% {pork meet, bacon, nitrite healing salt (table salt, preservative: Sodium nitrite), spices, glucose, glucose syrup, antioxidants: rosemary extract, ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, spice extracts, spice extracts, smoke), oregano 1%. Contains traces of fish, soy and nuts.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Remove foil. Reheat defrosted pizza for 6-7 min., frozen pizza for 10-12 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven. Do not refreeze after thawing.
