Pizza with 4 cheeses

Handcrafted pizza with 4 cheeses. Leavened 24 hours, deep frozen.

Ingredients: dough 63% (wheat flour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour treatment(wheat starch, flour treatment: ascorbic acid) yeast, dried malt extract), tomato sauce (tomato pulp, salt, oregano), Mozzarella cheese 8%, Maasdamer cheese 8%, Gorgonzola cheese 3%, Italian hard cheese 1%. Contains traces of fish, soy and nuts.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Remove foil. Reheat defrosted pizza for 4-5 min., frozen pizza for 8-10 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven. Do not refreeze after thawing.
